At ShopiVista, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns should be sent to us only after your return request is accepted. We will then send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To claim any refund, replacement, missing item, wrong product, or damaged item request, customers must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened until the item is fully revealed.
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The shipping label
- The complete unboxing process
- The condition of the item received
Claims made without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement approval.
Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
